Mitchell D. Lembeck

Born and raised in Spokane, Mitch joined Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in 2016 as a commercial market researcher. He attended Washington State University, majoring in Finance. To the present date, Mitch has developed commercial market research and reporting for a distinct portfolio of property types. This includes industrial/flex properties, office space, strip retail, and car wash facilities.

Nicholas J. Plastino

Nick Plastino grew up on Whidbey Island, WA and attended South Whidbey High School.  He spent summers in the Spokane area and has family ties to the region dating back to the 1890s.  Nick graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s in business administration, with an emphasis on finance.  He has worked in commercial construction, and oil-field/pipeline construction, and as a contractor for Standard & Poors, editing and proofreading transcripts to financial meetings, investor calls, and quarterly earnings reports.  He has also spent time in a business development role at an e-commerce company.  Nick got his Washington State Appraiser Trainee Registration in March of 2017.​

Brandon C. Daley

Brandon joined Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in 2017 after graduating from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, which comprehensively covers mathematical economics, microeconomic and macroeconomic theory, international economics, financial accounting, and financial derivatives.  Since joining Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting as a commercial trainee, Brandon has appraised office, commercial, industrial warehouses, and apartments.   ​

Brady J. Cornelius

Brady Cornelius joined Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in 2016 as a Commercial Market Researcher. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Washington State University.

Amanda Vralsted

Amanda Vralsted joined Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Minnesota, and a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Maryland, which comprehensively covers real estate finance, law, public policy, structure and site design, construction management, asset management as well as marketing and commercial leasing - all the aspects of real estate.  Prior to joining Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting, Inc., Amanda has held positions in commercial real estate appraisal, architecture, city planning and real estate development

Michael P. Bousley, MAI

Senior Commercial Appraiser

Mike joined Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting after graduating from Gonzaga  University with a Bachelor's degree in finance in 2006. In his time with the  company, Mike has appraised a wide variety of commercial properties  including retail, industrial, office, and residential subdivisions, among others.  Mike has also worked with Low Income Housing Tax Credit developers and  state agencies on dozens of Low-Income Apartment Complexes throughout  Washington and Idaho. He has been an active member of the Inland  Northwest Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, having served on the Board of  Directors (2008-2010), as the Education Chair (2009), and as the Secretary  (2011). ​

Jeffrey D. Lembeck, MAI

Senior Commercial Appraiser

Jeff founded Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting in 1999 after serving as both a client for appraisal services as manager of Washington Mutual Bank's national commercial appraisal department in Seattle, as well as a fee appraiser in both Seattle and Spokane. The company was created based on the idea of combining knowledge obtained as both a user and a provider of appraisal services to provide the most professional service in the Inland Northwest. This includes excellent client communication, intelligent investment analysis, and timely service. Jeff has twice served as President of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and served on its National Admissions Committee. He holds the MAI designation and is a generally certified appraiser in the states of Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
